After you have packed your return in its original packaging and dropped it off at the nearest DHL/Hermes shop, it is sent to our returns warehouse.

The process once it arrives is as follows:
1) Returns are first unpacked and inspected, then your refund is automatically triggered.
2) Anything that needs to be repaired or cleaned is taken care of on-site.
3) Finally, the items are repacked to be resold.

 

Items that are too damaged to be resold are passed on to our partners for recycling. We care about our planet and doing our part.
