How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders – with no minimum order value.

How long does delivery take?

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order free of charge within 30 days – the return label is included. More under Returns & refunds.

When will I get my money back?

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund the amount via the payment method you used.

Which payment methods do you offer?

Are there any customs duties or extra costs?

No. The price shown in the shop is the final price including VAT.
